MakeMyTrip India Pvt Ltd - Tickets not getting cancelled

Booked a ticket through MakeMyTrip for bus ticket on **/**/**** .. due to certain reason travel to destination was cancelled . so we were trying to cancel the ticket . every time we tries to contact the app or tollfree no .. it says you dont have any tickets booked . how ever in the registered mobile no . we have got the ticket confirmation as below .and have got the e ticket copy

Another thing is that make my trip doesnot have any complaint mail id to write back the issue .

the toll free no doesnt have any human interface to intact and let them know about the issue
