Dear Sir/Madam,
Due to liquidation process going on for Go First, my refund is stuck with the said airline (G*-***) while I was travelling from Ranchi to New Delhi on *th Jun'** @**.** PM from IXR airport to DEL. It's been * years now and still no sign of any refund. I have been in continuous touch with Go First representatives via email (only channel where they usually reply and are reachable). I can understand the arbitration process but please help to state the definite ETA around this issue.
