I booked the flight ticket on **th November **** for Jaipur to Mumbai (Ref: REF*********) and the ticket got cancelled on the same day. I have been told that the refund will be given within ** to ** working days. The time period is over and I have not received the amount yet. I have made several calls on **** - ******* but have not received any satisfactory reply regarding my refund.
Today, I again called on the above mentioned number and spoke to your executive Ms.Dipti who told me that auto refund has not been done due to some technical reason and she will initiate manual refund which will take another * to ** workings days to refund the amount. She was not ready to tell me her boss name, email Id and neither she was ready to transfer my call to any another concern person.
They are giving me excuses but not telling me when I will get my refund. Its been a month and I am still not getting my refund and their behavior is unwelcoming and its seems that It might be a fraud company.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
