I booked * air ticket from Hyderabad to Patna on **th October to travel on **th October through their site at Travolook.
Immediately after booking I got a call saying the booking didn't get through due to some operational reasons. I was promised money refund in ** to ** days. Everytime I call them and ask about refund they promise to refund in * to ** days and it never got realized. Its about more than * days now and I started realizing that these guys are upto something. I have repeatedly asked for bank refund refernce number but no appropriate reply was given. I read online review on other platforms and got to know that this is a common malpractice by this company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
