Travolook com - Ticket not refunded

I booked an air asia flight from Bangalore to Srinagar through Travolook.com on ** jan **** and when i confirmed the ticket they sent me mail of ticket without PNR and then suddenly they contacted me that your PNR has been put on hold by Air Asia because they have raised the price of ticket so if you want tp confirm the ticket you have to send *** rupees more or you can cancel the ticket and get refund in ** to ** days. But when i told them the ticket has not been confirmed yet so how can you not send me money they used othet tricks like we will raise this complaint and else. Now when i read all the reviews on google i am shocked that i lost my **** rupees i am just a student who was going to attend exams i don't have enough money
