Tnstc - Ticket not provided but They got my money and they are not picking my call i am nearly trying 1 week

I have booked ticket in tnstc app on ** Jan ****.The amount has been debited of rs.***.But they don't provide me any tickets .Nearly * week I am trying to contact they're customer care number and each dept of them but they are not picking any calls also I have mailed them with prrof.they are not responding.its a huge stress and amount loss for me.please help me with this
