Booked a ticket from Travolook.in on *th Aug from hyd to lucknow and paid the money. Got a call from their representative that ticket is not successfully booked and they have initiated refund process REF*********
. Till now, after reaching Customer care in calls, always the same reply to wait another * to ** days. No reply's for the mails after the initial response from Customer support. This seems to be very fradulent/scam to not refund amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
