I took two ticket from Delhi to luckhnow via phone pe application (online transaction)on ** ** ****
He give me only one ticket and asked me for one ticket cash because of having some issues in his ticket generating machine so I gave him even **** rs money and he said that you will get your amount within ** hours..today is ** of April I'm daily trying to ask with upsrtc helpline num and WhatsApp even I mailed the they are not responding how will I get my money I don't know if I'm very angry but I can't do anything..
