me and my friend booked a ticket from banglore to indore dated **.**.****. I had to cancel my ticket due to personal issues,but my friend's ticket was still there. after my friend went to airport during the time of boarding they said that your ticket has been cancelled and she was not allowed to board the flight.
The ticket was booked on Make My Trip platform and airline was Air Asia.
