travolook in - Ticket cancelled money not refunded by Travolook

Booked flight ticket from travolook.in company website. Money deducted and ticket got cancelled and reason given " fair expiration" and received mail that refund amount will be given back after * to ** days excluding holidays. Till date neither refund received nor any revert from travolook and not attending calls also.
