I had booked a flight ticket from Patna to Pune from a site travolook.in at the date ** August ****. after booking it got cancelled within * mints. And I got a call from companies end that my ticket got cancelled due to technical glitch . They said that refund will reflect in my account with in ** working day's. It's been more than ** days. Every time I call them they tell me that refund will be added in next * to * working days . In between I checked in internet and I found that this same case happened with so many people . please help me to get my refund back. Ticket was booked in the name of Anshuman Kumar Tiwari. they gave me a reference number :- REF*********. booking email was : nehakmr***@gmail.com and Mobile number was : ********** . Please help me to get my money back.
