Trevolook - Ticket cancellation Refund issue

am Vivek kumar booked flight tkt from Raipur to bangalore today on ** July ****, Ref. no. REF********* after payment done that travolook service agent call and tell to me by phone call your booking is cancel due to some technical issue, Your amount should be all refundable ** to ** days.

I get to know it looks genuine website but its a fraud site, i saw so many people facing issue for refund.

I want to raise this issue before hand to get me refund asap.

I am also going to raise a complaint in consumer forum. I am ex consumer forum employee and will take this issue until website will not get closed by government. But before that requesting here to please it resolved my complaint as i know multiple people got a positive response here.
