Sri Keerthana Sai Travels - Ticket Cancellation charges

Hi Sir,
i have booked ticket on **rd April. I cancelled my journey plan and wanted to cancel ticket on that same day. I contacted redbus, its shown **** percentage cancellation charges. I contacted bus operator also. They told our policy is like that. If passenger journey plan can be cancelled based on the situations. Then user need to get refund once he request for ticket cancellation.
If passenger is not requested for cancellation means its passenger mistake. Here i am trying to cancel my ticket and want refund. Here bus operator will be benefited. They can raise voice for booking seat confirmed. If we cancel ticket , that seat can be available for other passengers who wil be trying to book. Every bus operator is providing refund except this travels.
Please help me to get refund and provide some action on travels
