Travels office - Ticket cancellation

I have booked a ticket from latur to solapur in aakshata travels but on time of departure travels refuse to go to solapur without prior intimation

loss due to this trip

train ticket from solapur to hyderabad : ****/-
other local travel loss :***/-

I have planned to many things after reaching to hyderabad all disturbed due to this kind of behavior of travels operator

when I reached to their office they refuse to give any information and talk very arrogantly its their job to atleast drop a mail or msg before *-* hrs earlier I want my refund and please take a strict action against this operator
