Uttarakhand Transport corp - TICKET BOOKING FAILED REFUND NOT RECEIVED

I booked two bus tickets for my parents from Dehradun to Delhi via Uttarakhand Transport Corporation on ** January **** through their pathik UTC app. Due to a technical issue, the amount of Rs **** was deducted from my account but the booking failed and the tickets were not confirmed.

I immediately contacted the UTC on their helpline and reported the issue. A customer care executive back then said that the refund will be done within * to ** days.

I kept waiting but the refund was not received. Then I reported the matter to the Transport Department of Uttarakhand Government and the Chief minister's office. Its been more than ** days since I have been continuously writing to them as well but the refund has still not been credited to my account.

This is a clear case of corruption in the Uttarakhand transport Corporation since there is no response either from their helpline or from the Transport Department.

Kindly look into this issue and help me get the refund of Rs **** back to my account.
