Lalit Kumar Singh filed complaint against IRCTC and Kotak on Jan 3, 2020
I booked following train ticket on * Feb ****.
Station: NDLS to DDU
First IRCTC Transaction Id: ***************
Second IRCTC Transaction Id: ***************
This ticket is booked successfully in third attempt and out of first two failed attempts amount was deducted from my Kotak bank account in one of the failed transaction.
I contacted my Bank then they replied the amount has been credited to IRCTC account then I dropped multiple emails to IRCTC and received the following reply from IRCTC every time.
We would like to inform you that your below-enclosed email has been forwarded to the concerned department. You will receive a reply in this regard shortly.
