Travolook in - Ticket booked through Travolook app and dint receive ticket

I booked ticket to Kolkata for my maid on **-July-****, and the flight was scheduled on **-August-****, we received a booking reference number from Travolook, but never received confirmed ticket. When tried to approach on day before **-August-****. There is no response by customer care. Or no reply for the concern raised online in there site.
