Kumar Grover Co - Ticket booked for wrong date

I have booked the ticket for **th January **** at evening *:** on **th January **** (From Delhi to Dharamshala). I made booking for *:** pm bus so the booking time for **th January **** was already over at the time of booking. But I received a ticket for **th January **** which was non-cancellable and non-changable. Since receiving the ticket I am trying to call the Red-bus customer care but the call was connected to the computerized booking and no executive was picking the phone. The amount i spent on this ticket has been completely wasted as the bus for which the ticket was issued has left on its scheduled time and I could not take this bus
