I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my movie ticket booking for “The Bed Movie”, for which I had booked two tickets.

When I reached the theatre at the scheduled time, I was shocked to find that the theatre was completely closed and no show was running. There was no prior notification, message, call, or email informing me about the cancellation or closure of the theatre. This caused significant inconvenience, wasted time, and unnecessary travel expenses.
This situation clearly reflects poor service and mismanagement. Since the show did not take place and the theatre was not operational, I request a full refund of the amount paid at the earliest.
I kindly request you to:
Investigate this issue immediately
Process my full refund without any deductions
Confirm the refund status via email or message
If the refund is not processed within a reasonable time, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to higher authorities and consumer grievance forums.
