Cleartrip india pvt ltd - Ticket amount not refunded since last six months

Tickets were booked in Dec.**** for travel on **th March. PNR No.HH**WP.
As per Govt. Regulations all flights were cancelled. After follow-up Indigo has refunded all amount *****/- to cleartrip. But after so much follow-up cleartrip is not paying back my money or providing any details related to it

Cleartrip india pvt ltd – No refund received from CleartripOpen
I booked Delhi-Madurai return ticket thru clear trip on ** Oct**** and the cancelled on **th Nov'****. Since than I am in continuous follow up with clear trip for my refund amount but not succeed. Please help
