travelook in - Ticke cancellation amount not refunded for

I have travelled from Hyderabad to Chennai in May **** . one ticket cancelled for wrong time. and booked one more ticket for correct time. immediately contacted call center they said cancel second one also so that refund for full amount will be processed. then one more ticket booked and travelled.

now cancelled ticket amount refunded on first request itself. second ticket cancellation amount not refunded till date after ** + request over mail and phone. always same answer that is with in * to * working days refund amount will hit your account earlier failed but this time pakka. same response i am getting from last ** months.
