I am writing this with great distress to warn fellow consumers and investors about the horrific and illegal practices happening at Richmax Group in Kochi.
I had engaged with them in good faith investing in there services. What happened next is shocking and has left me fearing for my safety.
The Issue:
Employees of Richmax Group have misused my personal confidential information—which I provided only for business purposes—to harass and threaten me.
They started sending threatening messages directly to my WhatsApp.
The calls and messages are intimidating and completely unprofessional.
This is a gross violation of privacy and a clear case of criminal intimidation.
It is appalling that a company would allow its employees to use customer data for such malicious purposes. This is not just poor service; it is illegal and predatory behavior.
My Purpose for Posting:
To Warn Others: Please be extremely cautious if you are considering any business with Richmax Group, Kochi. Your personal information may not be safe with them.
Has anyone else faced a similar situation with this company or its employees? Please share your experience below. There is strength in numbers.
Can anyone advise on the best and fastest way to get this stopped? Who should I contact besides the police?
