EZone enterprise - Threatening to file a case for work not allotted.

I've had a call from E-zone enterprise on *th of july **** offering me to work from home for ** days and said they if I don't complete the work they would charge me rs ****. After taking all the information they did not assign me any work. Even after *-* messages they didn't reply. The person I was talking to even said that if you fail to submit the desired work we would just not give you further work but won't charge any money.

Now they are threatening to file a case against me. Even they said i'll have to pay ***** if I don't send ***** now. In the heat of the situation I sent them rs ***** on **rd July ****. There was nothing written in the agreement of any of these. also they didn't inform me of any such consequences. They said i'll have to work only for ** days and now they say that if I don't work for ** months straight i'll have to pay a certain amount.
