I am writing this to inform that i am receiving threatening emails and calls from mpokket executives that they will call my parents and insult me in my society for non payment of the loan i just want to ask to you is mpokket a rbi governed financial institution if it is so it would have been very clear from rbi guidelines that you cannot tarnish someone image or call their relatives for non payment of their loan.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
