Voda Idea Limited - threatening call regarding non payment

Since last two months i received phone call on my number for a non payment of a number which i didnt have any idea nor that number is in my name. Someone gave my number as alternate number and telecom company calling me for the same. I already told them that i didn't know that person or number but after that they are calling me and giving me threatening to pay the same.
