mpokket loan app - Threatening and harassing for leaking videos and photos

This mpokket company is engaging in completely illegal activities. This must be stopped. I took out a loan from them *** and have been late on my payments for almost a year due to the pandemic. This jalan chemicals or mpokket people began harassing me via phone calls and text messages. They also began to threaten me with leaking the video and photos to relatives, which is against the law under the Cyber Law Act. They are constantly calling my relatives and friends, which irritates them. On a call, the way they speak to their customer is pitiful. They are literally using the wrong words. They used to send abusive words on Whatsapp and then delete them after I read them. But I have a recording of how they talk on the phone.
