Baja finance - Threatened call

Someone call from bajaj name as neha and gouri Deshpande called regarding loan which taken by my father name is anand. But they call my friends and office colleague and hr to pay the balance related to loan,
I just want to ask if loan is taken by my father then who give you the rights to call my personal contacts and office colleague and ask them to pay and also used abusive language. Such a bad behaviour from bajaj
