Vikas Immigrant Consultant - Threaten and harrased by Immigrant Consultant

I was called by consultant in his office for interview. He conducted my interview with some Singapore Company. Next Day, he informed me that i was selected and need to pay **,*** immediately. So I did same, he gave me time for * moths but even after * upto * months he was making. when I asked to return my money he threated me, not returning my original documents and passport also.
