Digital services - Threat emails

I had taken a typing work from this company but during the work my system doesn't respond properly due to some technical issue to which I had to took it to the service centre for which I had tried to contact the company via email and also via call but none of the call connects and none of the email sent. And now they are mailing me that they will file a case against me.
Please help me regarding this issue.
