I want to raise a complaint regarding UPI transaction fund was transferred to merchant and pay was successful from my side on same time but after payment merchant payment page was not reloaded and order expired now I am unable to connect with merchant I am unable to get help from merchant side so please raise a high level complaint against merchant for refund my money please raise chargeback request against merchant transaction
