The display of My Thomson TV is gone. I raised complaint on * Jun ** and the ID is PNE****TV***. The technician came and told TV will get replaced. But till today ** Jul nothing is progressed. I called their customer care but they are not giving status just putting my call on hold. The TV is under warrenty
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
