I applied with Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University for issue of 'Bachelor of Commerce' transcripts directly to World Education Services, Canada vide receipt no. ***** & *****.
The university only sent the degree certificate in a sealed envelope which couldn't be verified before sending by post. The university charge INR ****/- (INR *** per document for * documents) which included * mark sheets and * degree certificate.
On request for resolution, the university is asking for more money simply to e-mail the mark sheets directly to WES.
