I am writing to report a distressing incident of falling victim to a job scam, which has left me in a dire financial and emotional situation. As a resident of Odisha belonging to a middle-class family, I relocated to Bangalore in search of employment opportunities due to financial constraints.

On the **th of july ****, I received a WhatsApp message, which I will provide along with the attached screenshots and contact numbers for reference. I had previously uploaded my resume in hopes of securing a job. The message, purportedly referring to my resume, claimed that I had been shortlisted for several job vacancies, out of which I chose the position of a data entry operator.

Under the false assurance that the job was guaranteed, I was compelled to visit their supposed head office located at **th Main Road, Hosur Main Road near Vida Hero Bike Showroom entrance from GM's Cargo Bommanahalli, Bangalore ****** Upon arrival, I found several individuals waiting for interviews.

After patiently waiting for my turn, I was interviewed and assured with great enthusiasm that I had been selected for the job. However, to my dismay, they demanded a registration fee of Rs. ****, promising its return after two months. With no other immediate job prospects and feeling cornered, I reluctantly handed over the money, despite expressing my inability to pay at that moment.

They assured me that I would receive a call within five days for training. However, when I attempted to contact them, they blocked my calls and messages. Subsequent attempts to reach them proved futile, leaving me in a state of distress and despair.

I possess all the necessary contact information, including the phone numbers provided and the payment receipt they issued. This fraudulent act has not only caused financial loss but also inflicted emotional turmoil upon me and my family.

I urge the concerned authorities to investigate this matter thoroughly and take necessary action against those responsible for preying on individuals seeking legitimate employment opportunities.
