Third rate action camera delivered instead of go pro action camera. Besides that, I had paid through Paytm app for Rs. ****/- but courier made me pay extra **** as COD. I tried to contact them on the following mobile numbers:

I tried to revert the Paytm payment by complaining to my bank (idbi kanjikuzhy), but they told me that the payment has already been transferred to the seller's account. I have shared my foolishness on my facebook page

Kindly help me. I received the following message from them.
Your a/c no. XXXXXXXXXXXX**** is debited for Rs. ****.** on **-**-** and credited to a/c no. XXXXXXXXXX**** (UPI Ref no ************)
