letsgo softtech - Third party AEPS portal LetsGo Softtech

I own an emitra center, one day someone (agent of letsgosoftech) contacts me and tells me about her company lets go softech AEPS service portal. I agreed and purchased that portal in **** rupees, but it provides the worst service ever. Now a company Paydeer online payment service has tied-up with that portal, and previously I have withdrawn **** amount from a customers account by that (lets go Portal) which is currently in my e-wallet of lets go portal, which can be transferred in my bank account as per their terms & conditions, I have applied for transfer on ** November. As per their policy, this amount has to be in my account within three days but they didn't. So I have reported this problem to their customer care service, After * days again I got a call, and they tell me "We will deduct **** rupees from that **** and give you a new portal of Paydeer, and give you remaining amount instantly, if you agree", but I refuse this proposal, then he said "Lets go portal is under construction and this amount will not refund until completion." I said " I will report a complaint in consumer court", And He said, "Of course why not ?". And that **** rupees are still stuck in that portal. Please help me as soon as possible.
