This has regards to my Zee * App installed on my MIBOX* media streaming box connected to my HD Ready LED Sony Bravia TV.
There is significant lag observed during most times of the day and over the weekends especially with regards to Live channels ( News Channels, Movie Channels etc) that are being broadcast under the Zee * app bundle.
This is shoddy, third grade and appalling as despite paying for these subscriptions we are getting inferior quality buffering on a Live streaming app.
It is absolutely shameful & unbecoming of the content broadcaster to cater to the end customer needs by broadcasting third grade and gutter level online streaming services that are always experiencing buffering lags/delays/latency.
I have re-installed the Zee * app on my streaming box but the issue still persists.
No other OTT service provider ( Netflix, Disney Plus Hotstar, Amazon Prime etc) is having any such issues.
I am using a *** MBPS Reliance Jio Fiber broadband plan which renders average buffering speeds between **-*** MBPS both Upload and Downloads at all times and definitely meets my bandwidth requirement despite the overall number of connected devices at home even though some of them are connected on the *G band.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
