I have purchased the one plus tv last year and with a spam of one year display of the tv got damaged from internally. Now when i asked for repair one associate said it will be done without any cost in *-* workings now after * days one person called me and said we will going to charge trasnsportation and service charge. Do they really think custom money is all about wasting.
What kind of quality do you guys use. Such an pathetic experience
I want my money back or get it repaired
