Byju jee - Think Learn Private Limited Byjus Request of Cancel the Byjus Course Immediately

We enrolled our daughter in *th grade to Byju's JEE foundation course (*th and **th grade) with new tablet option (which contains the course material) on Sept *st ****.
To our surprise after our fee payment when the mentor team contacted us, we heard we are enrolled for Byju's Tuition class and not for JEE foundation course. We requested them to correct it and after multiple escalation the issue of incorrect course is resolved.
I requested the mentor team to enroll my daughter in a fresh batch that starts on Oct *th ****. They did not enroll our daughter in Oct *th class after multiple escalations too. Finally they asked our daughter to be in Oct *th class and watch the recorded video for missed classes. Then we have to follow up for tablet they are supposed to deliver and no proper response. Mentors are not committed and we felt in dark. So we finally decided to go with cancellation firmly. [We initiated cancellation multiple times , but they negotiated and we gave them time].
Even after multiple requests to cancellation team, refund, grievance team we are yet to receive the refund.

Please help to get our money back.
