Rapido bike - Thief of my food by rapido order through swiggy

My name is jhalak puri and my mobile number is **********, my complaint is regarding,I was a regular customer of rapido but what they did with me was disgusting!!!! I booked a ride from yadav properties u block to sukhrali sector ** the person was supposed to pick up my swiggy order from that location and deliver to the respective location. That person picked up the food and cancelled the ride and ran away!!I need my refund!! kindly listen what he told me .. He told me that he picked up my order and ask for the OTP so that he can deliver it to my address.. But he cancelled the ride at his end .. And now i am calling him he is not picking up my call . He blocked me ..It clearly shows that he is a thief,fraudster... Kindly check and listen the recording.. And picking up if the picking up the parcel is not in their policy then that person should have informed me earlier.. He didn't inform me. I want my refund back... Its not just about the money but the humanity.. I have also mailed the rapido company for that bloody person .but still they Didn't took any action against him.....
