Stanza living cardiff house - They re not giving back me my security money

hello i am chintu kumar and i reside in the stanza living cardiff house mangal bazar laxmi nagar New delhi from ** Jan ** - ** july ** (* months) my room no was"CWL****" and as per your rules i have to get my security deposit refund within ** days from the move-out date, my Move-out date was ** july **** and on the **th day i.e on *nd september the refund got failed, showing that i gave them wrong upi details, but i gave them the correct upi details, still i gave them my one more correct upi details and bank details too. On *th September , My house manager told me that i'll get my refund within a week and today the week is also completed and i didn't get any refund and the team at cardiff house is also not responding. Now, today is **th september and i didn,t get the refund, That's why i am writing you this mail please help me, this is not fair whatever what stanza is doing with me, this is totally unacceptable and unfair, Kindly give attention towards my concern and refund my money asap.
