Official leadsprovider - They have taken my money by telling that the are leads provider

That said the are genuine leads provider , and charged me money for providing leads , then when I pay them in two halves, he said man * hrs it will be taken after that he said ma'am you got your leads and to send your profit I have to charge transction fee so he said mein the transaction fee you have to pay first then the transaction will go to you , I paid him , after that he said wait for ** minutes and it didn't come after I said what is happening he said ma'am you have to generate ticket do these steps I did again bcos I need my money back so I did that and my money got deducted he said you made mistake do it this way did again that way and it deducted again , after that he is not replying my massages now total***** they take and not giving me !
