I have ordered one HIGH PRESSURE WASHER HOSE GARDEN SPRAYER PIPE M** **MPA **M on **-**-**** paying Rs. ****, but the product delivered by them on **-**-**** was different from my old item as the item supplied by them is not fitting to my machine and immediately I made complaint to their customer care. They dragging the issue till today ie., **-**-**** saying that the supplier of this item is not responding. Is it not clear that they are trying to escape from either replace or refund?
