RS Mobile Institute - they didn t dispatched my goods

HI SIR,
IM VIVEK FROM TAMILNADU,

MARCH * ****:
I ORDERED ****pcs mobile cases (per pcs price-**.*rs) and transport charges ***rs (*box per box ***rs) total amount he said *****rs

March * **** :
i transferred the amount, date of march * ****.

but they did not dispatched yet the goods,
if i asked about the goods, they didn't attend the call and didn't give proper response.

In last *month he said always ill send tmw or courier boy didn't came,

i lost my many customers,trusts, i had depression, etc
i dont know what i do please help me sir.

i know in current situation hard to delivery, but they didn't give proper response, in july all transport and couriers working properly but he not to ready to packed my items,
i asked just send me a my package details and photos but they wont do.

i have all proofs of amount transactions and chats etc.
kindly please help me sir.
