Mykittens in - They delivered sick kitten

We ordered a male ragdoll (cat breed) from mykittens (Pune) online. Since we live in Bangalore, we couldn't go to Pune to see the kitten in person. We provided rs **** as a booking amount (paid via bank account) on ** Nov, **** and rest ***** on ** Nov,**** as we received the kitten on ** Nov, **** in the afternoon. Kitten was scratching himself throughout the day, and we had to rush to the clinic on ** Nov, ****. Doctor mentioned the kitten had severe ear mites and severe fungal infection (skin,hair,ears etc.). Even after medication kitten's health is deteriorating. I called mykittens to inform kitten's condition, sent doctor's prescription and asked questions as I failed to understand how it is possible that the kitten was in such a bad condition at breeder's place. We have received a sick kitten after paying the entire amount! When I asked about his health, Alisha from mykittens (from sales team) mentioned that the kitten had a medical check up before they sent him and the document from the vet (at the time of kitten delivery) says that kitten is healthy, dewormed and can travel. I am unsure which doctor was it who couldn't even examine kitten's ears and skin where ears were full of "live mites" and skin has severe fungal infection. This is a SCAM! Alisha from mykittens couldn't give any answer when I told her about the kitten's health, the only thing she said that she will talk to my vet. She was clearly not ready to refund the amount. After paying the entire amount, I don't wish to have a sick kitten.
