COLIVE HACENSACK - They cancelled my Reservation by themselves didn t refund the amount

This incident took place on **th March **** afternoon. First of all they want reservation amount even when we want to check-in right away. What the hell is this?! I was getting late for some work so I paid.

The salesperson named Arjun misleads guests. This was a total mis-selling of Colive *** Hackensack property (Room no ***). His behaviour is very rude. He was misbehaving with me on call and was saying that in *k rent you want Taj Hotel kinda facilities or what. I told him before visiting the Pg that distance is * Kms far away from another Pg which I was looking for, that was nearby the center of my work location so I asked for a decent room & better facilities/amenities.
Also, nothing regarding Onboarding charges, separation fee was informed by their salesperson before paying reservation amount *k. He just said Rent *k per month and Deposit *k which will be fully refundable.

After this argument, the sales manager named Chaitanya Gaganam (who came at the property to do my KYC) asked me to contact Abhishek.

I asked Abhishek to waive off the Onboarding charges & separation charges while checkout (in that case I would've paid * month Rent along with deposit) He told that he won't be able to waive-off Separation amount which was ****rs.

I had cancelled my reservation on call and asked them to refund the sum of Rs **** to a guy named Abhishek who was saying that he was the property owner. He said that I'll receive ****rs refund till Wednesday.

He agreed & talked with me politely & said that he would send an email & contact their backend team to initiate the refund. But I haven't received any amount yet. Now Abhishek who referred himself as property owner isn't answering & the sales manager is asking to contact some other guy named Kanish. He just said Reservation amount is not refundable.

Kindly look into this matter & do the needful asap!
