Shree Tirupati Courier Services Pvt Ltd - They are refusing to deliver the parcel

This is my address which has been given to the courier company.

State: Gujarat

Now these courier service people are saying that we will not deliver the parcel to you because your address is outside Veraval. Whereas it is not so, the address I gave comes within the municipality. And other courier services deliver parcels at the same address, then why are these Tirupati Courier Services Pvt. Ltd. refusing?
The address given by me is within *.* kilometers from the courier service office.
