Dear Team
As I have Dhani One Freedom card From Dhani
As I am Giving them subscription fees Of Rs **** on monthly Basis and they provide me of Credit of Rs ****** and when I done Transaction they Provide *% of cash Back on every Transaction as I received call from Customer care executive and They say me that the *% of cash back service has been close but in dhani Application They are still Providing *% of Cash back but they didn't give me and denied to give me
As They take So much Amount of Subscription fees from Customers.
As I also want to Inform you that As They give Limit to Customers for ex. Rs ****** and Customers can use of **% of daily amout to total amount now they said its has been Revised to *% of daily use from total Limit without giving and Information to Customers
So Kindly Take strick action Regarding to my Complaint
