De shop - They are not Refunding my money

I ordered my order on *th May *k** through the app MEESHO, they delivered the order on **th may *k**,but the dress didn't fit me well for which I told for exchanging the product, but then the real problem started,they took around **days to exchange,but didn't delivered for which I thought now I don't want my order to be delivered now as it is took late,so I again applied for refund, not now I think I contacted them for *-* to refund my money but rather refunding my money,they are again applying for returning the product,which I already returned long long days back. I as a customer losing my money,which I don't want. I want my money back to account..
Please it's a request kindly initiate on this matter.
