Skull candy - They are not ready to claim warranty for my product

I bought skull candy inkd headset for *** rupees on sep ****. when I bought this product Flipkart mentioned skull candy will provide * year warranty. My headset stopped working after * months of usage but due to my laziness i thought I can claim warranty after few months because I have * year warranty. On **/**/**** I suddenly thought I should claim warranty so I contacted brandeye distributor.heres the conversation
Customer service: greetings
Me: sir how can I claim warranty for my product.
Customer service:can you please tell me when did you bought this product
Me: on sept ****
Customer service: sorry sir your warranty period is over
Me: no sir my warranty period is * years
Customer service: no sir only one year
Me: I have your warranty proof
Customer service:sorry sir our warranty period is only one year you can check it on our website
End of conversation
I checked it on their website they changed it to one year warranty period but when I bought this product the same website says * year warranty. Atlast I lost my *** rupees
