Oxxy Health care Ltd - They are not giving me response about my refund

One agent gave me Oxxy healthcare medical plan on ** May **** by giving misleading information about this company. after purchasing their policy by paying premium i just got a email in which they did not send me anything about their company policy(Policy Brouchure or Manual, Policy details, terms and Conditions, Lock In period) infact i received a virtual membership card on mail and when dropped them a mail to refund my amount back by taking the medical policy back they said their policy are ***% non refundable. I feel like cheated as they are not giving service in my area Jaipur and it would be a waste of money from my side if i continue my medical policy. Even this company is so crap that they are not having a working customer care where i could get solutions. very fake and bad company as they just want to earn money by fraud they dont care about their customer. they just want to cheat on them by denying refunds.
I am ready to share their details and what mental trauma i have been facing since last *.* month.
